Open, Save, Edit &amp; Share on iOS Device"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center\">&#8211; Microsoft Word &#8211;<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Open, Save, Edit &amp; Share on iOS Device<\/h3>\n<h3>Open Microsoft Word Document on iOS Device &#8211;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Tap on Mail<\/li>\n<li>Tap on desired Email with Microsoft Word Document<\/li>\n<li>Tap on the Microsoft Word Document (Can also tap &amp; hold on document)<\/li>\n<li>In the top right hand corner of the screen tap Open in Word (Or the square with an arrow)<\/li>\n<li>Tap on Word<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Once the document has been opened into Microsoft Word you can now Save the Document &#8211;<\/h3>\n<p>2 options to Save a Copy &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click Save a Copy if displayed in Banner\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Or<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Tap the 3 &#8230; in the top right hand corner<\/li>\n<li>Tap Save a Copy<\/li>\n<li>Click on Files App<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can choose to save it to your iCloud Drive or On My iPad &#8211; If you are currently using iCloud you will have the benefit of the document being backed up.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tap on the chosen location<\/li>\n<li>Tap on the Folder with the + sign<\/li>\n<li>Name the folder<\/li>\n<li>Tap Done<\/li>\n<li>Then Tap Move<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You have successfully saved the document on your iPad<\/p>\n<p>To Verify Auto Save is enabled &#8211; Click on the 3 &#8230; It will showcase Auto Save<\/p>\n<h3>Once the document has been saved you are now capable of Editing the Document &#8211;<\/h3>\n<h3>How to Share a Microsoft Word Document on iOS Device &#8211;<\/h3>\n<p>Option 1 &#8211; If you are currently in the Microsoft Word Document<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tap on the 3 &#8230; in the top right hand corner<\/li>\n<li>Click Send a Copy<\/li>\n<li>Select Send with Another App<\/li>\n<li>Select Mail<\/li>\n<li>Type in Recipient<\/li>\n<li>Tap Send<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Option 2 &#8211; If you want to send a document that is not currently opened in Microsoft Word<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Locate the Files Application on your iOS Device<\/li>\n<li>Locate the Document (you can also utilize the search bar at the top of the page)<\/li>\n<li>Tap &amp; Hold on Document<\/li>\n<li>Select Share<\/li>\n<li>Select Mail<\/li>\n<li>Type in Recipient<\/li>\n<li>Tap Send<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Option 3 &#8211; Quick Option<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tap on Mail Icon<\/li>\n<li>Type Recipient<\/li>\n<li>Below subject field in the blank space Tap &amp; Hold &amp; let go<\/li>\n<li>Select Add Document<\/li>\n<li>Locate Document via Search Bar or Scrolling<\/li>\n<li>Tap on Document to insert<\/li>\n<li>Tap Send<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8211;
