When you delete a message, photo, or conversation on one device it is removed from all of your devices. You can use iMessage across all of your Apple devices like your iPhone or iPad. When I am being productive on my iPad the last thing I want to do is stop what I am doing, remove my focus from my work, pick up my iPhone and respond to a text message.
