Updating Jenie Password – Mobile Devices
Why do I need to update?
It is important to update your Jenie Password on all mobile devices once it has been changed on your computer. Since the Office 365 migration your Jenie Password is now directly tied to your Court Email Account. Also, you will need to update your password for your WiFi Connection if you are using the Dcn_Gtwy WiFi Network.
It could take up to 3 hours to reflect your password change on the mobile device.. You might also be prompted to update the Password while browsing your Email Inbox.
To Verify your Password is ready to be updated please follow the instructions below – If ready please complete setup
How to update your WiFi Password – First Option – Recommended
- Tap Settings
- Tap WiFi
- If not prompted for password – Tap on the Blue i next to Dcn_Gtwy
- Tap Forget This Network
- Forget
- Tap on Dcn_Gtwy
- Username – Jenie Username
- Password – Jenie Password
- Click Join
Once it Check Marks Dcn_Gtwy you have successfully updated your WiFi Connection.
How to update your WiFi Password – Second Option
- Tap Settings
- Tap WiFi
- Prompted for Updated Password
- Password – Jenie Password
- Click Join
Once it Check Marks Dcn_Gtwy you have successfully updated your WiFi Connection.
How to update you Jenie Email Password – If you are connected to Dcn_Gtwy WiFi –
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on WiFi – Verify you are connected to Dcn_Gtwy
- Tap on Settings once you verified connection
- Scroll down to Passwords & Accounts
- Tap on Court Email – Verify you have the correct email address that will be shown under Account –
- Tap on Re-Enter Password (If you do not see Re-Enter Password the mobile device has still yet to see change)
- You will be taken to a Federal Courts Sites
- Enter Password
- Click Continue
How to update your Jenie Email Password – If you are not connected to Dcn_Gtwy WiFi –
- Tap on Settings
- Scroll down to Passwords & Accounts
- Tap on Court Email – Verify you have the correct email address that will be shown under Account –
- Tap on Re-Enter Password (If you do not see Re-Enter Password the mobile device has still yet to see change)
- You will be taken to a Federal Courts Site
- Enter Password and Press continue
You now are required to Two Factor Authenticate thru Duo Mobile –
- Select Send me a Push
- Proceed to open Duo Application
- Tap Approve
- Proceed to open Settings
- Tap Save
You have now successfully updated your Outlook Password.
