New Phone – Duo Mobile Setup

Please follow the steps below while connected to the court network via laptop/desktop –

• Please visit DUO 2FA Device Management Portal
• Log in via Jenie Credentials
• VERY QUICKLY!! Click Other Options
• If you miss the option for other options, please close and restart
• Select Manage Devices
• Verify yourself via sms/phone call
• Select I have a new phone

Follow the prompts on the screen to complete the activation by scanning the QR code.
