-Refresh Microsoft iOS Tokens-
Before you can refresh your tokens on your iOS Device, it must be connected to DCN_GTWY Wi-Fi or to VPN.

Microsoft Word –
- Open Word on iOS Device
- In the top left-hand corner tap on your initials
- Tap the drop down next to your Name/Email Address
- Select Sign Out
You will receive a Sign Out pop-up, Select Sign Out.
In Word it will take you back to a standard Home Page
- Tap on the person icon in the top left-hand corner
- Tap on Sign in
- Enter your email address
- Enter your Jenie Password on the next screen
- Tap Sign in
You have successfully refreshed your Microsoft Word Token.
Microsoft Outlook – (make sure you are connected to DCN_GTWY or connected via VPN)
- Open the Microsoft Outlook App
- Tap on your initials or profile picture in the top left-hand corner
- Tap the Gear Icon in the bottom left-hand corner
- Select Accounts
- Select Microsoft 365
- Tap Remove Account
- Tap Remove
Data Wipe pop-up select OK. The app will close automatically, please relocate and open the Outlook App
- Tap Add Account
- Type in Email Address
- Enter Jenie Password
You will receive a pop-up stating US Courts Account detected Restart App – Tap OK. The app will close automatically, please relocate and open the Outlook App. “Enable Notifications” pop-up is a personal preference, please select one.
You have successfully refreshed your Microsoft Outlook Token.
Microsoft OneDrive – (make sure you are connected to DCN_GTWY or connected via VPN)
- Open Microsoft OneDrive App
- Tap on initials in the top left-hand corner
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Email Address
- Tap Sign Out
- Tap Ok on the Sign Out pop-up
- Enter Email Address
- Enter Jenie Password
You have successfully refreshed your Microsoft OneDrive Token.
Microsoft Teams – (make sure you are connected to DCN_GTWY or connected via VPN)
- Open Microsoft Teams App
- Tap on your profile picture or initials in the top left-hand corner
- Tap Settings
- Select Sign out (last selection)
- Tap Sign Out
You might have to fully close out of the account for it to refresh.
- Select your Court Email Account
- Enter Jenie Password
- Tap Sign in
Sometimes you might need to fully close out of the Microsoft Teams App to refresh.
