Install Microsoft Teams App – Mac

Microsoft Teams on Mac

Install –

  • Open Chrome on your Mac
  • In the Search tool – Type – Microsoft Teams Log in Or Click HERE
  • Click Sign In
  • Use Full Work Email address
  • Click Next

It should pull up a Federal Courts Webpage stating “Sign in with your organizational account”

  • Type in your Jenie Password where it requests password
  • Click Sign in
  • Verify thru DUO Mobile
  • Stay Sign in (select no)

Once Teams Fully loads – Please follow the steps below

  • Click on your picture or initials in the top right hand corner
  • In the drop down select Download the Desktop App

You will see a download in the bottom left hand corner on your Chrome Webpage – Teams_osx

  • Once finished click on the ^
  • Select Open
  • Select Continue
  • Select Install
  • Password request is your Mac Password
  • Click Close on the Summary

You should see that Teams App has populated on your Dock (Bottom of screen) If not, please open your Launchpad and locate the application.

  • Open the Teams App
  • Sign in with your Work Email Address
  • Use your Jenie Password
  • Verify thru Duo Mobile
  • Takes just a moment but will log you into Teams

You have successfully added Microsoft Teams Application to your Mac.
